REFLECT Retreats for Mid-Life Singles

February 19–21, 2016: St. Francis Retreat Center, DeWitt, MI
March 4
6, 2016: Cardinal Stritch Retreat House, Mundelein, IL
April 1517, 2016: King's House Retreat Center, Belleville, IL

REFLECT Catholic retreats for singles is for and about adults in their mid-30s to 50s.  It's for those who want to know themselves better and discover more about their capacity for life as a single man or women.   It's an experience that calls us to believe in our value to the Lord, and to devote ourselves to caring for and serving others.  A two-day weekend retreat through REFLECT is a unique and rare opportunity for mid-life singles to take a step back from everyday life to reflect on where they are at, where they're going, and how they're going to get there. It's a great way to meet new people, share new experiences, and draw closer to the giver of life - Jesus Christ.

P.M. – 8:30 P.M., Sundays, beginning March 6, 2016

Going through a separation and divorce can be overwhelming and brings about many strong feelings and emotional upheaval. There can be any combination of anger, guilt, hurt, blame, loneliness, fear, abandonment, sadness, isolation, etc. The holidays can add extra pressure on top of that.  Many individuals have found that attending a peer support group can provide support and encouragement and can be very helpful toward healing and recovery. Sessions are guided by a trained facilitator in an environment where confidentiality is maintained.

For more information or to register, please see the information flyer.
