Ontario Happenings
   
We present the following for your information and consideration, and hope that you will participate in and benefit from these events. However, NACSDC cannot be responsible for the content or any other aspect of the events described herein.
   

    This program is for separated or divorced persons of all denominations who have come through the initial shock of separation or divorce and, generally, for all separated and divorced persons regardless of the length of theor separation or divorce, who want to grow and to restructure their lives. Through presentations, written exercises and small group discussions, the program provides a plan for healing, ways to deal with loneliness, insights on how to relate again, and a plan for realistic goals for the future. It begins at 9:00 A.M. and concludes at 5:00 P.M. There is a registration fee and pre-registration is required.     Beginning Again Program for Separated and Divorced

    An eight-week program for persons who have completed a "Beginning Again Program" and who want to continue their growth process. It is a small group experience; opportunities are provided to deal with your own personal concerns about separation and/or divorce. It is a positive, realistic and practical experience of the benefits of sharing. Sessions are held for eight consecutive Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9:30 P.M.Groups are limited to eight participants and are facilitated by Lyn Williams-Keeler, an experienced counselor.     Recovery and Growth Programme

    This programme is intended for persons in a new relationship who wants to find out if this relationship may lead to (re)marriage. This course helps you as you prepare for a most serious decision — remarriage. Each session will include input from guest speakers as will as opportunities to share goals and expectations with one another. This will enable you to gain a deeper insight into the commitment you are making. A group limited to 4 to 6 couples, meets for six consecutive Thursday evenings from 7:30–9:30 P.M. Lyn Williams-Keeler, an experienced counsellor, leads the session.
