San Jose—New Horizons. New Horizons exists under the auspices of the Holy Family Catholic Church, 4848 Pearl Ave., San Jose, CA 95136. Holy Family Parish New Horizons provides support for the divorced, separated and widowed. The group offers a variety of social activities and events and meets the 1st and 3rd Sundays at 6:30 P.M. in the Community Center. |
